***Your non refundable $300 deposit is applied toward total purchase price. . ***Health Guarantee: The
buyer must have the puppy seen by a licensed veterinarian within 10 days of receiving the puppy. The
buyer is responsible for daily health care and maintenance of the pet, including all immunizations and
examinations recommended after purchase. Seller warrants that every precaution has been taken and
quality care provided to ensure the physical soundness and mental stability of the puppy to date. Puppy is
active, eating well and has normal stools. Seller shall provide veterinary records. All puppies will be
current on vaccinations and worming. You will receive a health certificate from my veterinarian. If any
genetic issues arise within the first year of life (birthdate) that would make the pup unsellable we will
refund the cost of the puppy. We will need documentation from your vet stating the diagnosis and may
require a second opinion from another veterinarian. We DO NOT require the return of the puppy. We are
not responsible for any medical costs. This guarantee is non transferable. This guarantee does not cover
temperament issues as they can be caused by a number of issues such as lack of discipline, proper dog
socialization, or lack of training. It is the buyers responsibility to get proper training for their puppy and

***Puppy Pick Up: All puppies will be picked up the weekend the pups are 8
weeks of age. No puppy will stay beyond that weekend unless otherwise discussed. If it is agreed upon
that the puppy stays longer there will be an additional charge of $25/day. If you fail to pick up your puppy
the weekend they are ready we will offer the pup to the next person on our waitlist and your name will be
